Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the Roundtable community forum app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The service

The App adds a community forum to a Shopify storefront, allowing a merchant’s customers to create profiles, threads, replies, and reactions, and to upload images to forum content.

Acceptable use

Merchants are responsible for moderating their forum and for content posted by their customers. You agree not to use the App to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Content ownership

Merchants and their customers retain ownership of the content they create. The App stores and displays that content solely to provide the forum service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
